Netlabels are record labels that distribute music online. To us, being a netlabel means we love making music and we love giving that music to friends. So we prioritise accessibility, independence and fun.

Ethos

Mlem is at its core a very pro-art, anti-establishment, anti-capitalist organization. We pride ourselves on being a diverse group of weirdos with a great variety of incredibly nerdy interests. We as Mlembers operate with the intention to create art and rebel against a world that attempts to keep us from doing so.

Internally Mlem functions like a worker cooperative. The label is run as a collective and is directed by its members, in equal vote.
