Hey look! Or don’t look, you should do whatever you like. You’re here anyways, so read about my first EP! 😺

Bird Sounds vol. 1 is my hodgepodge of dreamy guitar songs, glued together by some sleepy vocals and the sounds of nature. You can definitely feel the homely comfort shine through the tracks, which were mostly recorded on our big blue couch in the living room.

To escape a world which increasingly brings discomfort, I turned inwards to find some more. Through these songs I’ve tried to categorize the things I found there, and bundle it together as a little stamp collection to put away. To look back at later, but mostly to move on to new things.

But it’s not all doom and gloom. Through the mist of introspective dread and the feelings of being stuck, there’s also love for the people around me and acceptance of the way things are. The songs on this EP are poppy, dreamy, bedroomy and indie-y and contain some very fun collaborations with some very amazing people.

And to answer the question that’s on all of your minds: Yes, there will be bird sounds.
